Task 2 (Design Problem 2)

Task 2 is to create or use someone elses so I almost went with Anime Network but there was no drawings.  I did create some for them but I'm unsure if thats what I had to do so I'll ask tomorrow and for one as I cant download the one on the website.

But I did do task 2 but in my book

Today is just confusing but likely I design and did the drawing of my framing as I did this yesterday

Things to think about when designing a logo

1. what is an ideal logo
2. what type  face looks good with the name
3. is it visible at the small size
4. what is already out there
5. how can my logo be different

16.8.16 wk4 day

Today I had to redo everything as my laptop needed a reboot all the programs so come in early to do them but I forgot my usb at home I forgot that I use it so I used the other pictures I took.

However I forgot how to make my images smaller on photoshop but once I hop on Illustrator it was much easier and I still place them in Photoshop and copy them then send them to illustrator.

When I did this drawing I used the mouse as I wasn't planning it but I just went with it and I thought it will look cool.

I turned my picture around just to look different and along with the text.

I had to change it abit as its too small and when it gets printed on things it may not come out properly maybe so I went to my first idea stars.  When I chose the star I thought of my other things that I did and plus I thought it will look okay and simple but mainly simple.

My designs yet I have to look up what Lyle did as I'm not that happy with my way of getting things done

I need more practise

Looking round and taking pictures of framing as thats the subject I have chosen for this class

These photos are from the books I was reading, first is from 'The Encyclopedia of writing and illustrating children's books'

I took this picture with a dslr camera, and use a laptop to import the photos I took.  But I took so many wrong photos but that's okay it help me learn more of using the dslr cameras.

 Why I took it was just its fantasy background and the oval is the within the frame.

These two are from 'Colour Me Creative unlock your imagination 1'

 I like the pattern as its surrounding the words, the same as the one below but with colour.

Well the others are in 134 classroom, I took them because they are in frame and in the real world.  Plus they all got frames and in their own frame and for the last one separate frame yet still together.

fixing my five responses on framing

My idea came from for my post card is this

 I just love any art in any form as this is the real one, where I got my idea for framing as I hand drawn my work as its easier.

Editing more of my blog just I wrote and screenshot what I did during the class time as its essier but now both like the idea because my drawings can be in a book and not on the computer as its a bit hard to draw.

My logo is DGC - which is Dorothy Graphic Comics my drawings are on the journal and artist I look up are in pintrest and behavance and google.

Choose framing and well getting to the gdbasis.com is always hard to get to as another appear in chienese I think, but I guess just spell it wrong.  Choosing framing is that it can have many things in a frame.  I think

frame - it can be used in other materials

Today Sarah Shann (librarian) came to talk with us.

Keywords -  wotrds that get more information out and to get what the key word of the project like my project is framing and there are so many words for framing.  Frame for the photography.  Look for similar meaning - list of words.
